For 100% natural cotton bags, machine washing or tumble drying is not recommended, as the bag will shrink and wrinkle after washing, and cannot be restored to its original flatness even if ironed at high temperatures. When the bag gets dirty, it should be gently wiped with a damp cloth.

Each bag is carefully checked before being delivered to customers. We will provide a replacement for any quality problems that arise during normal use.
